Estate Sale Process

• Free in-home estate consultation to determine your estate's needs

• Assess property for secure layout

• We empty cabinets, drawers, cubby holes, attics, basements, etc. to ensure all items to be sold are professionally organized and displayed

• Professionally market the sale ( I.e., personalized webpage, professional signs, and contact base of over 40k + customers)

• Upon completion of the sale, we ensure all unsold items are either donated or sold via buyout to a wholesaler, per client's wishes. Items of significant value can be taken to auction or placed on consignment (ask about these services)

• Assist in arranging a trash haul, if necessary

• Send the estate sale breakdown and proceeds within 72 hours from the completion of the sale
